Meet Julie

Julie has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 23 years. Julie loves the dental field, educating, and building relationships with her patients. She is married to Brian Newland and they are the parents of two boys Mason, age 17 and Zane, age 14.

As a family they love food, sports, and traveling. They all enjoy cooking and have lots of experiment meals. Julie has a large extended family from the North Platte area that inspired her to move back to Nebraska 22 years ago from Colorado to raise her family. Julie says, "I just love the friendly people of Nebraska, they can't be beat".

Meet Melissa

This may be new face for you. Meet Melissa Putnam, one of our chairside assistants. You may also see her helping in the front office or answering the phone.  She loves being in Dental field and has been a dental assistant for 14 years.  The feeling she gets from helping others be able to give their best smile and feel better about themselves are her favorite parts of the job.  Melissa has been in North Platte since 2002 when she attended the Dental Assisting program at Mid Plains Community College.

When not working, Melissa and her three children, Mckenzie(14), Kyson(12) and Kearson (5) love to stay busy with Softball, Baseball and football.

Meet Missy

Missy Keller might just be a familiar face. She has been with our office for 30+ years and has worn many "hats" along the way. She is likely to be the voice you hear on the phone and see at the front desk or out in the yard planting flowers. She handles our patient coordination, billing, and filing of insurance.

Missy has been married to Bob Keller for almost 31 years. They have 3 grown kids that they both are very proud of, Bryson, Ben (Sydney) & Bailee (Tanner) Donohoe and their hearts are full with the addition of their first Grandbaby, Embrey.

Missy says, "I have built many special relationships with both patient's and coworker's in my years here and I truly love what I do every day!"

Meet Shana

Shana Blackwell has been with our office for 9 years but brings 24+ years of experience with her. She is a certified expanded duties assistant. She is from eastern Colorado but now resides in Paxton, Ne. Shana and her husband, Brian, have 3 grown sons, Zach, Cody and Lane. She loved following her boys in all their sporting and school activities.

Shanas goal is to create a caring and comfortable environment so our patients can have a relaxed and pleasant dental experience.

Meet Alyssa

 We are pleased to welcome Alyssa Bergeron to our office. Alyssa is a recent graduate of the Mid-Plains Dental Assisting Program here in North Platte. She was one of the students that did a clinical rotation in our office this year; recognizing what a gem she is, we asked her to become part of our team! She is a very compassionate person and is great with patients, especially children. She has a knack for making people feel relaxed and comfortable at their dental visit. Alyssa likes spending time outdoors particularly hiking and horseback riding and is very excited to begin her career in the dental field.
